Depending on your company’s own operational needs Cyberlink can offer a Premium Service Level solution, by providing a DSL (copper) backup connection which lies ready for use in case of interruption to the main fibre service. During the agreed support hours a Modular Service Level up to 99.97% is available. You decide which service supply remedy meets your operational requirements, for a disruption of service (the availability you need). Choosing between around the clock, 7x24 and "best effort" for specific hours.
Cyberlink offers secured lines with an availability of 99.97%. The service level is expressed as a percentage that describes the period in which a service is available each year. Our service level "standard" is industry recognized which proves suitability for demanding businesses that rely on a dependable Internet connection for their business.
