Tremegisto Consulting was founded in Zurich in 1989. The name Tremegisto is derived from the Greek “Hermes Trismegistos.” In the spirit of Hermes, Tremegisto has set itself the goal of bringing complex matters closer to people and translating complicated IT language into understandable terms.

Martin Scheiwiller, owner and managing director of Tremegisto Consulting, describes his company as a boutique — small, but highly specialized, innovative, and focused on high-quality IT and communication solutions. These include the setup and monitoring of networks, firewalls, and server infrastructures, whether on-premises or hosted in data centers. The data center solutions, also known as IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), are built on Cyberlink’s robust data center infrastructure.

The “boutique mindset” also played a decisive role in selecting a connectivity partner: “We were looking for a partner we could fully stand behind — one who speaks our language,” says Scheiwiller. Around 16 years ago, a mutual customer of Cyberlink and Tremegisto brought the two companies together. In particular, the short communication channels and the direct, highly competent contacts — who have become very familiar over the years — are greatly appreciated. “When we receive a request from a customer for an internet connection and forward it to Cyberlink, we usually receive the requested quote the same day.” In addition, the quotations are clearly structured and easy to understand, which simplifies processes and increases efficiency.

“We are extremely satisfied with the availability and quality of the connections we source from Cyberlink.” Even in the rare event of an outage, the transparency in handling support cases is highly valued. “In the event of a disruption, we promptly receive an incident report from Cyberlink in which the issue is analyzed and the approach, findings, and measures taken are explained.
