The data centers comply with the IT security outsourcing regulations of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and therefore meet the stringent requirements of the financial and insurance sectors. Cyberlink racks are always located in a segregated room or cage with a dedicated access control system. Interxion acts as Cyberlink’s primary data center, while Equinix is available as a secondary site for geo-redundant or disaster recovery services.

Our racks are located in a Cold Cube enclosure based on the principle of separating hot and cold airflows. This ensures optimal cooling of your equipment with maximum efficiency. Cold air entering through the ventilation tiles in the raised floor flows through the installed servers, ensuring the most even possible temperature throughout the entire rack. The Cold Cube is designed to dissipate high heat loads, prevent heat buildup, and reduce cooling costs.

Our redundantly designed uplinks and peerings guarantee optimal connectivity for you, both nationally and worldwide.Below you will find our three different rack sizes. Our colocation service allows you to dynamically scale your power usage up to the technical limits of the plug sets and power distribution units.
Do you now need 1 kW instead of 2 kW?
No contract adjustment is required. Our billing is precisely based on your actual monthly usage, rounded to 0.1 kW. Energy consumption is also billed according to actual usage. If desired, you can commit to a portion of your power usage and benefit from a price advantage on the included energy consumption.

How can I order a rack access badge?
If you are registered as a user in the Cyberlink customer portal (my.cyberlink.ch) and have write access to the relevant colocation service, you can request a rack access badge. Access rights in the Cyberlink customer portal are managed by the administrator user via self-service. If you do not have the required permissions, the administrator user of your company can set them up for you.
