Datacenter – 2nd place

In the Datacenter category, Cyberlink improved on last year's result to take second place. With 24.01 points, the company also achieved the highest quality score in the entire field (5.08), ahead of all national and international competitors. Other strong results: Support (5.19) and Flexibility (4.92). A result that underlines Cyberlink's role as a reliable partner for business-critical infrastructures.

ISP & Corporate Networks – 3rd place

In the ISP & Corporate Networks category, Cyberlink achieved third place with 23.95 points – in a field that is closer than ever: less than 0.8 points separate first from third place. Support (5.35) is once again among the top scores in the category, confirming what customers have valued most for years: availability, expertise and short lines of communication.

Ten years on the podium, 20 years of participation

Cyberlink has taken part in the BILANZ Telekom Rating since 2007 and has ranked among Switzerland's leading providers ever since. Over the past ten years, the company has finished on the podium every single year – including seven first places and the double win in 2024 in the "ISP & Corporate Networks" and "Cloud Services" categories.
