Bilanz Telecom Rating 2024 – Double win for Cyberlink AG in the “ISP & Corporate Networks” and “Cloud Services” categories.

Once again, Cyberlink takes 1st place in the annual Telekom rating by the business magazine Bilanz: More than 1,000 business customers of all sizes from across Switzerland awarded top marks to the independent ICT service provider from Zurich in the category “Internet Service Provider & Corporate Networks.” With an overall score of 24.43, Cyberlink is more than half a point ahead of the runner-up, which achieved 23.83 points. Cyberlink received top scores for Support (5.31), Flexibility (5.28), and Quality (5.07), securing first place for the seventh consecutive year. The rating system follows the Swiss school grading scale from 1 to 6, and the evaluation criteria focus on quality, innovation, price, flexibility, and support.

Since this year, Cyberlink has also been listed in the “Cloud Services” category and was able to achieve the highest customer rating right away. With an overall score of 24.60, Cyberlink ranks just ahead of the runner-up, which recorded 24.43 points. Cyberlink received top scores for Quality (5.38), Flexibility (5.30), and Support (5.30), thereby mirroring its long-standing #1 position in the connectivity segment and now also claiming the top spot in the cloud segment right from the start.

Since 2019, Cyberlink has additionally been listed in the “Datacenter” category. This year, the MSP once again holds 3rd place and remains on the podium. According to the voting, business customers once again attested Cyberlink outstanding flexibility (5.49), exceptional support (5.38), and strong innovative capability (5.21). Cyberlink achieved an overall score of 24.49 for its datacenter offering—just a hair’s breadth behind the silver medal position with 24.51 points.
