How do I create an Equinix security profile?

Log in to the Equinix Portal at customerportal.equinix.com.
Select “IBX Security”.
Create a PIN and upload a photo (the photo is optional; however, it is required for access without an ID).
Under “Authentication,” select the access form and complete it.
Once you submit the completed access form, your security profile will be created automatically. Using the Equinix Customer Portal app, you can then conveniently register your visit online.
