How do I register visitors at the Digital Realty data center?

Contact our Service Desk or register yourself:

  1. Log in to the Digital Realty customer portal.
  2. In the navigation, select “Service Requests” and then the menu item “Temporary Access”.
  3. Fill in the following mandatory fields:
    • Information – Complete the fields “Short description,” “Date from,” “Date to,” and select either “continuous” or “daily.”
    • Visitor information – Click “Add” and enter the visitors’ first name, last name, and email address.
    • Select Footprints – Under “Site,” select “CH.ZUR1.” The remaining fields will be filled in automatically.
  4. Complete the registration by clicking “Submit.”
