In our modern NOC (Network Operations Center), the network and system status is displayed in real time. Our experts monitor all services and can identify issues and initiate measures at any time. This ensures that disruptions are detected within seconds and that their resolution is initiated promptly.
For each active network and system component, we monitor up to 100 individual parameters.

In-house intelligence.

We rely heavily on open-source–based solutions for monitoring, which we continuously adapt and tailor specifically to our needs. The NOC environment is used for the professional monitoring of applications, operating systems, hardware, networks, and data centers. Measurement data is collected and recorded over many years. In this way, we monitor several tens of thousands of services at 60-second intervals.

Permanent on-call readiness.

To ensure our services are available even outside regular business hours, we operate a multi-level on-call organization with automated escalation.
