Is there an email relay?

Customers with mail hosting can use the SMTP server of their hosting service.

For customers with their own mail server and a static IP address, we recommend sending emails directly and not via our relay.

Disadvantages of our relay:

• Our relay does not send temporary non-delivery notifications to the sender and only returns the email after 24 hours.
• The relay can only be used within the Cyberlink network; authentication is not possible, which makes the relay unsuitable for mobile devices.

Advantages of using your own email server:

• Customers can analyze the logs themselves at any time and determine whether the email was accepted by the destination server.
• No limits on sending emails (number of recipients per email, number of emails per hour, etc.).
