Our smart customer portal: overview, security, and transparency

On my.cyberlink.ch, you have all relevant data related to your services at a glance at any time—thanks to the smart dashboard, the heart of the customer portal. All services, from connectivity and managed security to data center services, can be easily managed and monitored in real time via a central customer portal. With intelligent user and permission management, you can assign and administer individual services for specific employees or external parties. This ensures a high level of security at all times, including the four-eyes principle. Changes are only implemented with the appropriate permissions.

Open tickets

It has never been easier to create tickets and service requests. From almost any device and regardless of location, you can open requests and access up-to-date information on their current status at any time.

See which engineers are online and available to handle incidents or issues, and get in touch with them directly.

Here you can see all current status messages at a glance, clearly presented. All incidents and planned maintenance work are listed in a timeline.

Services

Here you will find a clear overview of all services you have selected with Cyberlink. In the detailed view, you can also access additional information on individual services.

Users

You can modify or add to your details and create additional users with permissions of your choice. Thanks to the well-designed user and permission management, individual services can be assigned to and administered by specific employees or external parties.
