eyeVIP was fully developed in Switzerland by .eyecatcher AG, a company that has specialized in the development of customized software solutions since 1998. Cyberlink’s Virtual Datacenter ensures that resources can scale dynamically, so that bottlenecks never occur.”

Cyberlink’s VDC is a scalable, fully automated SDDC solution (Software Defined Data Center). It can be directly integrated into the customer’s IT infrastructure and offers on-demand computing and storage for all applications. Thanks to the Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model, the purchase, management, and maintenance of physical infrastructure are no longer necessary. The solution can be deployed quickly and easily, is scalable, and can be combined with other Cyberlink services. eyeVIP takes advantage of this by linking its VDC solution with a Cyberlink Business Internet connection. This highly available and multiply secured line guarantees both a reliable internet connection and secure, direct access to its data.

Cyberlink operates the Virtual Datacenter with geo-redundancy across two Tier 3 data centers — under the highest security standards and located in Switzerland. For eyeVIP, this is essential, as data must remain in Switzerland. Alina Klaus explains: “eyeVIP places the utmost importance on protecting personal data. Our customers control which data is stored, and we ensure that it is processed securely to protect privacy.” Because eyeVIP’s clients include banks and insurance companies that rely on its invitation and guest management services for their events, FINMA compliance is mandatory. Cyberlink guarantees this at all times.
